92% Our discussion was cordial and well balanced (not dominated by just a few members).
Comments: Not sure, I always talk a lot.
73% Meeting Participation was encouraged

73% Everyone contributed to the meeting.

76% All members were prepared to discuss material that was sent to them in advance.
Comments: Don't Know
87% Reports were clear, well prepared and provided adequate information for decision making.
Comments:
80% Printed materials given to us were easy to understand and use.
Comments: I would have liked the iRock report slides in Chris Smith's report to be in the board packet.
73% Our meeting room was comfortable and conducive to discussion and decision making.
Comments: Warmish during part - Listening to all the parents.
My favorite presentation was…….. Because…..
Band folks showed me their values and principles. Food Service. Federal Programs - so swell prepared and knowledgable. Principals report on iRock process because they wanted to share. Missy did a very good job of updating us on Federal Programs. Food Service report was informational. Phil McDaniel - "There is no subject on earth that we are more emotional or irrational about than our children"
       
My best suggestion for future meeting agenda items is...

Comments: Too much rambling

Comments: Rotating to ask for input.

Comments:  Not everyone spoke voluntarily

Critique team reports: it represents our effort to engage as many stake holders as possible. Lots of volunteers participated and reports were short and to the point. Committee Chairs form iRock Critique Teams. iRock team. Committee presentations on iRock were informative. Critique Team Reports. Miss Hart starting the meeting.
           
My best suggestion for future meeting agenda items is...
Procurement code information on; sole source suppliers that we can use; have we been sued?; could we be?  Student fund raisers.
