Meeting Evaluation

80% Our discussion was cordial and well balanced (not dominated by just a few members).
Comments:  Report Cards are a sore spot to some.
85% Participation was encouraged
Comments:  None
80% Reports were clear, well prepared and provided adequate information for decision making.
Comments: Better than ever. Recycle and Energy Management. Some of the best reports we have had about wonderful work going on in the district; battle of the books; history day success; recycling; energy management and; volunteer back ground check improvements - however, need to do a lot of work on making slides more effective.
75% Our meeting room was comfortable and conducive to discussion and decision making.
Comments:  Seemed Warm.
My favorite discussion was…….. Because…..
Riley League from Northwestern High School and the energy report. Kim Melander - clear and good news. Riley League - great report for Northwestern High School. National History Day report. The city recycling report - Like our relationship with the city.

85% Our discussion was cordial and well balanced (not dominated by just a few members).
Comments:  Our Questions were good though.
95% Participation was encouraged
Comments:  Any other comments/questions?
55% Reports were clear, well prepared and provided adequate information for decision making.
Comments:  Elementary Report Card report was not adequate. Questions were asked that they were not prepared for. Need to work on this report.
85% Our meeting room was comfortable and conducive to discussion and decision making.
Comments: none
My favorite discussion was…….. Because…..
Budget - very helpful to have explanations  and early notice. Report Card - swe are so disparant but all thinking for what's best. Lady from Northside and the report on the late start days. Late start - Principals did a good job in presenting a case for early start. Carsin Clyburn (Norhtside) describing her elementary school.

Please send with group reports, understanding.  Do we want to move toward 21st century Leadership/Management for our district and involve stake holders in more development and decision making?
